As a veteran business woman, with a strong background in business and sales ' management (information's technologies and telecommunications), I have been doing this for a long time and have had the pleasure of working with talented and accomplished executives from many major companies.

I have also learned much from playing a lot of other roles: career counsellor; area sales manager ; business engineer; working law judge ; life-skills; communication's skills; leadership and emotional intelligence coach.

To my coaching practice I bring a background in successful business and interpersonal relationships. My coaching' method is based on the maïeutik philosophy. In Socratic philosophy, maieutik is the art of leading a participant to discover truths within himself, through a series of questions.

So I help managers and executives to discover by themselves, how they can do the best choice witch they need to achieve their executive or personal goals. I like to work with talented executives who want to discover how they can develop their gift, create or increase more success, fulfilment and joy in their lives.
